Terms of Engagement

All work is performed lawfully under Queensland's Security Providers Act and related legislation. We do not accept instructions to monitor, locate, intimidate or control a victim-survivor, child or protected person.

Engagement begins with a written scope and quote. We do not guarantee particular outcomes. Reports are provided for the instructing client and their lawyers.

Fees are payable in line with the engagement letter. Disputes are governed by Queensland law.
